We must look for the answer in the principles of the Gnostic doctrine, and not in the deliriums of power that some «political leaders», who believed themselves predestined to rule the world, have suffered. The authentic GNOSTICISM has only one purpose -already commented in the above paragraphs-, TO MAKE THE HUMAN BEING CONSCIOUS ABOUT HIS DUTY TOWARDS THE REASON OF HIS EXISTENCE, THAT IS, HIS INNER REAL BEING.

GNOSIS has never been guilty of the offences against the order, the good customs and in general against the humanity, commited by some persons -politicians in some cases- who claimed to be GNOSTICS. This case is similar to the one of those «catholic gentlemen of the inquisition» in the Middle Ages, who far from embodying the Christian principles, they were ccothed in the garments of Christianity in order to commit crimes against innocent and respectable people. The true Christians will excuse us for using this example and will understand that what we want to explain is. «All that glitters is not gold», as says the popular saying.

The crazy acts of many pseudo-Gnostics that have existed at various times throughtout history, are not consistent from any point of view neither with the primitive Gnostic doctrine, nor with the present one. GNOSTICISM always preaches the AHIMSA -non-violence-, and those who justify the violence in their actions and claim to be Gnostics, are a faithful reflection of the PHARISEES that have existed at all times and in all doctrines of humanity.

In this sense, we can emphatically state unequivocally and without fear of error that «GNOSIS IS REFINED REVELATION, CONCEPTUAL SYNTHESIS, MAXIMUM ACHIEVEMENTS».

Hence, there is another important allegation that requires an answer for the benefit of our kind reader: WHY IS IT SAID FROM CERTAIN SECTORS THAT GNOSTICISM IS TRAUMATIC?
